"To Write Love on Her Arms" is a nonprofit organization that aims to present hope and find help for people struggling with depression, addiction, self-injury, and suicide. The ASPCA has been around for over 150 years, and aims above all else "to provide effective means for the prevention of cruelty to animals throughout the United States." It does so through the implementation of a number of policies regarding the humane treatment of companion animals, livestock, animals in research and education, animals in entertainment, and wild animals. Sustain sees the goals of the ASPCA as comparable to our mission of promoting sustainability in the world, as it sustains the lives of our animal counterparts.

Water For People is the largest international nonprofit organization that is working in nine different countries to bring clean water and sanitation to four million people. They aim to see communities break free from the cycle of poverty and spend time growing, learning, and thriving, instead of walking for water and fighting off illness. An important resources unavailable to many, water accessibility is a significant aspect of Sustain's mission, and the organization exists to promote the development of high quality drinking water and sanitation services, creating long-term, sustainable change.
